NLOI Signing Day 2016

There were many smiling faces at the Cleveland Metropolitan School District's NLOI Signing Day ceremony on February 3rd. Eighteen young men from Ginn Academy and Glenville High School, all Tarblooder football players, along with all of the CMSD athletic scholarship recipients, signed their letters of intent to play ball for colleges and universities throughout the land.

Only they and their families know the blood, sweat, and tears that have gone into this accomplishment. We wish these stellar young men and their fellow athletes from the area the best of luck as they navigate into the future that they've created for themselves. We're very proud -- congratulations to all!

NLOI Signing Day 2015: Thirteen Young Men on Their Way to Greatness!

Yesterday, February 4, 2015, was National Letter of Intent Signing Day across the nation. Here in Cleveland, thirteen student athletes from Ginn Academy and Glenville celebrated their long years of hard work and sacrifice with young men from John Hay and JFK High Schools at the East Professional Center in Cleveland.

Our students gathered with their families at Ginn Academy before the official ceremony so that we, as a school, could celebrate them and their accomplishments. Signing Day is always a day filled with pride, excitement, tears, and outright joy, and this year was no different. We're so happy to share these photos of everyone who has contributed to the success of these great young men!

At the end of this post, there is a list of all of the Ginn/Glenville student athletes and their chosen colleges.

After the celebration at Ginn, we moved on to join the other Cleveland students at the district ceremony.
